By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who engage with Zugl for web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, or any other services we provide.

4. Intellectual Property
Ownership Transfer
Upon full payment, all custom code and designs created specifically for your project will be transferred to you, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
Third-Party Components
Open-source libraries and third-party components used in your project remain subject to their respective licenses. We will provide documentation of all such components.
Portfolio Rights
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.
5. Payment Terms
Payment schedules may vary based on project scope and can be customized in the project agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in your contract.
6. Warranties & Limitations
We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty after project delivery. This covers functional bugs in the delivered code but does not include:
- Changes to project scope or requirements
- Issues caused by third-party services or hosting
- Problems arising from unauthorized modifications
- Compatibility with future technology updates not in scope
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In case of termination:
Client-Initiated Termination
Payment is required for all completed work and approved milestones. No refunds for work already delivered.
Zugl-Initiated Termination
All work completed up to termination date will be delivered. Refunds may apply for undelivered milestones.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
